These Terms govern your use of TradiBot, an AI phone-answering service provided by TRADIBOT PTY LTD (ABN 86 699 141 592, ACN 699 141 592). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
TradiBot answers phone calls forwarded to a number we provide, using an AI assistant configured to represent your business. It captures caller details (name, phone number, job description, location) and makes them available in your dashboard.
You must be authorised to bind the business you register and provide accurate business details. The service is offered to Australian businesses.
You are responsible for the security of your login and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) via Stripe. Free trials require a valid payment method; the card is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Each plan includes a monthly call allowance. Fees are in AUD as stated at checkout. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Calls handled by the assistant are processed and transcribed to capture lead details.
The assistant is an automated system. It may occasionally mishear, misunderstand, or record details inaccurately, and does not provide advice on your behalf. Captured lead details should not be relied on as a sole source of truth: verify details (phone numbers, addresses, job descriptions) before acting on them, quoting, or attending a site. We do not guarantee that every call will be answered or every lead captured accurately.
The service depends on telephony, hosting, AI model and payment providers. Outages or changes at those providers may affect the service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
We own the service, software and branding. You own your business information and your lead data. You grant us a licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or lost leads. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, non-payment, or unlawful use. You may cancel anytime via your dashboard or by contacting us.
If we increase your subscription price we will give at least 30 days' notice, effective from your next renewal so you can cancel if you disagree.
We may use feedback and suggestions to improve the service without restriction or compensation.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via email or the dashboard with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights without our consent; we may assign ours to an affiliate or successor.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
